📋 Description

• • As a GTM Recruiter at Sanity, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s Go-to-Market teams by owning the full-cycle recruitment process for mid- to leadership-level roles across North America and Europe, while also supporting hiring in Engineering, Product, and G&A departments.
• • Day to day, you will source, screen, and engage diverse talent pools, act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, use data to refine hiring strategies, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and maintain operational excellence by improving recruiting processes and sharing best practices.
• • Sanity is building the future of AI-powered Content Operations, serving innovative companies like SKIMS, Figma, and Riot Games with a flexible, data-first content platform that enables seamless content modeling and automation across channels.
