- • As a GTM Recruiter at Sanity, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s Go-to-Market teams by owning the full-cycle recruitment process for mid- to leadership-level roles across North America and Europe, while also supporting hiring in Engineering, Product, and G&A departments.
- • Day to day, you will act as a talent advisor to business leaders, develop workforce plans, source and engage diverse candidate pools, use data to refine hiring strategies, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and serve as a brand ambassador on social media while maintaining operational excellence and improving recruiting processes.
- • You will join a 200+ person, globally distributed, mission-driven company that values innovation, diversity, and a culture of ownership, where you’ll collaborate with ambitious teammates who are pioneers in AI-powered content operations and serve customers like SKIMS, Figma, Riot Games, and Nordstrom.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in strategic talent acquisition, gain experience influencing cross-functional leadership, refine data-driven recruiting practices, and contribute to shaping the future of hiring at a fast-growing, well-funded startup backed by ICONIQ Growth, Threshold Ventures, and Shopify.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 8 years of recruiting experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a scaling startup environment
- • Demonstrated success as a GTM recruiter, including experience hiring across Engineering, Product, and G&A departments
- • Experience with Ashby or similar recruiting platforms, plus background in building recruiting processes and playbooks
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate and influence across functions in a globally distributed team
- • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple requisitions and adapting to changing priorities
