- • As a GTM Sourcer at Writer Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s go-to-market organization by building and maintaining a high-quality talent pipeline for sales, customer success, partnerships, and solutions architect teams—directly supporting Writer’s mission to expand human capacity through enterprise-grade AI.
- • You will partner with hiring managers and recruiting leads to define role requirements, design targeted outreach strategies, and engage passive and active candidates using data-driven methods, ensuring alignment with aggressive revenue goals and a relationship-first hiring philosophy.
- • Writer is a rapidly growing enterprise AI leader valued at $1.9B, backed by top-tier investors and trusted by global brands like Mars, Marriott, Uber, and Vanguard, offering a dynamic, hybrid work environment across San Francisco, New York City, Austin, Chicago, and London.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning end-to-end sourcing strategy for GTM roles, building diverse talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Metaview, Ashby, and niche communities, crafting personalized messaging that reflects Writer’s mission, and leading market mapping initiatives to inform compensation and talent trends.
- • You will track pipeline health, conversion rates, and sourcing ROI to continuously improve recruitment efficiency, shape the candidate experience from first contact through mid-interview stages, and advise GTM leadership on talent availability and competitive landscapes.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of dedicated sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Go-To-Market, Sales, or customer success roles in a high-growth SaaS or AI environment
- • Proven track record of successfully identifying, engaging, and converting passive talent for competitive, high-impact positions
- • Deep expertise with modern sourcing tools and ATS platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Metaview, Ashby) and a data-driven approach to pipeline management
