- • We are seeking a highly strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategist to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is instrumental in architecting and scaling new revenue streams for HappyRobot. You will be responsible for identifying and launching new industry verticals, penetrating new geographic markets, and cultivating high-impact strategic partnerships. This position is perfectly suited for an individual who excels at the nexus of strategic planning and hands-on execution, driving tangible business outcomes.
- • Your primary responsibilities will include identifying, rigorously evaluating, and prioritizing new industry verticals for strategic expansion. This involves conducting comprehensive market sizing analyses, in-depth competitive landscape assessments, and meticulously defining our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for each target vertical. You will be tasked with developing bespoke GTM motions, crafting compelling value propositions, and designing actionable activation plans tailored to the unique characteristics of each vertical.
- • Furthermore, you will develop robust frameworks for assessing the viability and potential of new geographic markets, providing data-driven recommendations for country-level entry strategies. This will involve close collaboration with senior leadership to formulate comprehensive launch plans, encompassing critical elements such as distribution strategies, pricing models, regulatory compliance considerations, and necessary localization efforts.
- • To ensure successful market entry and sustained growth, you will actively support on-the-ground activation initiatives by closely coordinating efforts across our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. Your role will extend to sourcing, meticulously evaluating, and structuring strategic partnerships with a diverse range of players, including technology partners, distribution channels, ecosystem collaborators, and other key stakeholders.
- • You will be responsible for building compelling business cases, skillfully negotiating partnership agreements and structures, and defining joint-go-to-market initiatives that drive mutual success. A key aspect of this role involves actively managing ongoing partner relationships and establishing clear performance tracking mechanisms to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
- • A significant part of your contribution will involve working collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure a unified and cohesive GTM strategy. Your efforts will be crucial in driving seamless execution and maximizing market penetration and revenue generation. You will be a key player in translating our ambitious vision into concrete market realities, contributing directly to HappyRobot's rapid growth trajectory.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in venture capital, investment banking, strategic consulting, or high-growth startups/scale-ups.
- • Demonstrated ability to evaluate new markets, assess business models, and build data-driven business cases for expansion or investment.
- • Experience supporting or leading initiatives related to new market entry, vertical exploration, partnerships, or go-to-market planning.
- • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and translate insights into actionable plans.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and articulating strategic recommendations clearly.
- • Highly organized with experience managing multi-stakeholder, cross-functional workstreams in fast-paced environments.
- • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity.
- • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
