  • As a Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Zip's revenue engine. You will collaborate closely with leadership across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations (RevOps) to foster clarity, ensure accountability, and drive execution throughout the GTM strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-level strategic initiatives, provide essential support for operational planning, and help construct the foundational systems and insights that fuel the company's rapid growth.
  • This is a high-impact, high-visibility position designed for individuals who possess strong analytical capabilities, a keen operational mindset, and a genuine enthusiasm for building and optimizing a world-class revenue organization. Your contributions will directly influence the company's trajectory and success.
  • Key responsibilities include driving operational excellence across the GTM function. This involves supporting the design and implementation of core sales processes such as territory planning, goal setting, lead routing, and performance tracking. The aim is to ensure the GTM engine operates seamlessly and efficiently as the company scales.
  • You will be instrumental in delivering critical insights that inform strategic decision-making. Utilizing tools like SQL, spreadsheets, and dashboards, you will identify trends, diagnose operational challenges, and influence the decision-making processes of Sales and Marketing leaders. The ability to translate complex data analysis into actionable strategies is paramount.
  • The role also entails leading high-impact, cross-functional projects that span Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success (CS), and RevOps. These projects could range from streamlining the forecasting process and implementing new attribution logic to launching innovative rep productivity models.
  • You will help shape the GTM rhythm by partnering with Sales leaders to manage key operating cadences, including forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Ensuring each of these forums is well-structured, efficient, and drives desired outcomes will be a core part of your contribution.
  • A significant aspect of the role involves scaling successful initiatives. This includes building robust systems, defining efficient workflows, and establishing key metrics that enable repeatable success across the sales funnel. Identifying opportunities for automation and simplification will be crucial for optimizing performance.
  • Building trust and strong relationships across various teams is essential. You will act as a strategic thought partner and a hands-on executor for GTM leaders, adeptly balancing strategic problem-solving with a practical, 'roll-up-your-sleeves' approach to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
