We are tackling the pervasive issues of wasted hours spent on phone calls, deciphering complex insurance policies, and wrestling with outdated scheduling systems. Our innovative AI-powered platform is already being adopted by leading hospitals, insurers, and digital health companies, empowering them to solve these critical challenges for their physicians and, most importantly, their patients. At its core, Ferry provides an SMS-based concierge service that proactively identifies and secures necessary care appointments for patients, entirely free of charge to them. We are a dedicated, close-knit team united by a shared passion for improving health outcomes through exceptional user experiences.
  • • As a key member of our Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our growth trajectory. This is a unique opportunity to build and refine the GTM playbook across all our sales and marketing channels, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to reaching and engaging our target audience. You will be instrumental in driving our expansion into new verticals, identifying untapped markets and developing tailored strategies to penetrate them successfully.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve the strategic management and optimization of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This includes defining and implementing best practices for data hygiene, lead scoring, and pipeline management to ensure we are maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales efforts. You will own the critical functions of targeting, materials development, diagnostic analysis, and defining the Time to Value (TTV) for all early-stage pipeline opportunities.
  • • Specifically, your responsibilities will encompass:
  • • **Targeting Strategy:** Identifying and prioritizing high-potential customer segments and accounts. This involves understanding our existing successes, such as a proven solution for customer A, and developing scalable strategies to replicate that success with similar prospects. You will ask: "How do we efficiently reach and engage 10 more customers who would benefit from the exact same solution?"
  • • **Sales & Marketing Materials Development:** Crafting and customizing compelling collateral that resonates with prospective clients. This requires taking our existing library of materials and adapting them to highlight the specific Return on Investment (ROI) drivers and value propositions most relevant to each unique prospect.
  • • **Diagnostic Analysis & Time to Value (TTV) Enhancement:** Developing and implementing methodologies to provide immediate value to prospects during initial interactions. This means coming to every meeting equipped with insights and preliminary diagnostics that clearly demonstrate the potential benefits and ROI our solution can deliver, thereby shortening the sales cycle and accelerating customer adoption.
  • • **Pipeline Management & Program Management:** Overseeing all aspects of late-stage pipeline opportunities to ensure consistent progress and prevent bottlenecks. You will proactively manage the flow of information and actions, ensuring that opportunities are advanced efficiently and that the ball is never lingering in our court. This requires close coordination with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Operations, to address technical requirements, integration needs, and other critical dependencies.
  • • **Customer Engagement:** Serving as a customer-facing representative, building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating our value proposition. You will be the bridge between our prospects and our internal teams, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the sales process.
  • • **Process Improvement & Scalability:** Identifying opportunities to streamline and automate GTM processes, laying the foundation for scalable growth. You will be instrumental in building and refining the operational infrastructure that supports our expanding business.
  • • **Market Intelligence:** Continuously monitoring market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to inform GTM strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on GTM strategies, product roadmaps, and customer needs.
  • • **Performance Measurement:** Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for GTM activities and regularly reporting on progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes.
  • • **Strategic Planning:** Contributing to the overall GTM strategy, including market entry plans, channel strategies, and revenue forecasting.
  • • This role demands a proactive, data-driven individual with a passion for building and optimizing GTM functions in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will have the autonomy to shape significant aspects of our growth strategy and directly impact the success of Ferry Health.
