- • As a GTM Strategy & Ops Manager at Deel, you will play a pivotal role in executing the company’s global go-to-market strategy, driving operational excellence, and enabling scalable growth across its HR and payroll platform serving teams in 150+ countries.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading end-to-end project management on top business priorities, creating data-driven recommendations by analyzing large datasets, designing and improving operational processes at scale, and collaborating with product and development teams to implement high-impact solutions.
- • You will work within a globally distributed, high-velocity team of over 7,000 employees spanning more than 100 countries, contributing to a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and mission-driven impact in the future of work.
- • In this role, you will develop strategic thinking, sharpen your analytical and execution skills, and gain deep exposure to scaling operations in a fast-growth SaaS environment—positioning you as a leader in global work transformation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment
- • Previous experience in at least one of the following: fast-growth startup, BizOps role in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- • Strong analytical foundation with the ability to access, analyze, and synthesize large datasets
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- • Proven ability to break complex problems into actionable steps and drive solution implementation
