Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As a GTM Systems Analyst at Legora, you will be a pivotal builder and owner of the company’s revenue technology stack, directly enabling the go-to-market teams to operate with precision, scalability, and insight. This role is not about maintaining systems—it’s about designing, implementing, and evolving them to support Legora’s rapid growth in the legal tech space, ensuring that sales, marketing, customer success, and finance operate as a unified, data-driven engine.
- • You will own end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and development, including designing custom objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning record pages, validation rules, and approval processes. You’ll build automation using Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs), troubleshoot and resolve system issues, manage user profiles, permissions, role hierarchies, and security settings, and oversee release management by tracking and deploying metadata and record-based changes across environments.
- • You will architect and maintain integrations across the full GTM ecosystem, connecting Marketing automation platforms, Gong for conversation intelligence, Salesforce as the core CRM, Nue for CPQ and billing, Stripe for payment processing, and preparing for future CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) integration—ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment from lead to revenue recognition.
- • You will translate GTM strategy into actionable system enhancements by optimizing lead routing and territory management, refining opportunity stages and forecasting models, configuring CPQ pricing structures and product rules, and enabling the contract-to-billing-to-revenue data flow. You’ll also design and support expansion and customer lifecycle workflows to drive net revenue retention.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to understand business needs, propose system solutions, and drive adoption—acting as a trusted advisor who bridges technical execution with strategic revenue goals.
- • You will operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment where iteration and ownership are valued, giving you the opportunity to shape not just systems, but the foundational infrastructure that scales Legora’s mission to redefine legal work with AI.
- • You will gain deep expertise in enterprise revenue systems architecture, advanced Salesforce development, CPQ/billing integrations, and GTM process design—positioning yourself as a strategic systems thinker in a high-impact, innovative legal tech company backed by top-tier global law firms.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce-heavy RevOps, GTM Systems, or Sales Operations roles with proven ownership of system configuration and development.
- • Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration, including custom fields, objects, page layouts, validation rules, approval processes, and security model management (profiles, permissions, role hierarchies).
- • Demonstrated experience building automation using Salesforce Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs), with comfort evaluating and integrating third-party AppExchange products.
- • Proven track record implementing and managing CPQ and billing integrations, specifically with platforms like Nue, and understanding of contract-to-billing-to-revenue data flows.
- • Experience working with marketing automation tools, Gong, Stripe, and/or CLM systems, with ability to design and maintain integrations across the GTM ecosystem.
- • Ability to thrive in high-growth, ambiguous environments—comfortable owning initiatives from concept to deployment and iterating based on feedback and business impact.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with multiple plan options through Aetna and Kaiser Permanente, including HSA or Healthcare FSA eligibility.
- • Generous family support benefits: parental leave, free access to Maven Clinic for fertility and parenting support, Dependent Care FSA, and free One Medical membership for employees and dependents.
- • Additional perks: pre-tax commuter benefits, life insurance + STD/LTD, 401(k) with generous company match, unlimited PTO, and robust voluntary benefits including identity protection (Aura), legal coverage (MetLife), pet savings programs, and more.
