A pivotal element in driving this substantial growth lies in the strategic development of our go-to-market (GTM) team. The exceptional leaders we recruit for our Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing departments will be instrumental in scaling our revenue, nurturing and expanding our customer relationships, and firmly establishing Vibe as a definitive category leader within the dynamic CTV advertising landscape.

  • • Your primary mission at Vibe will be to fuel our exponential growth trajectory. The go-to-market team is the powerhouse driving our revenue engine, and this role is critical to our success. Your ability to identify and attract 'lions' – elite Sales and Marketing leaders capable of dominating the AdTech space – will be the linchpin in achieving our ambitious 2.5x revenue growth targets. You will report directly to the incoming Head of Talent Acquisition, based at our NYC headquarters.
  • • In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process for our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions. Your focus will be on maintaining a high-velocity, high-quality talent pipeline that consistently meets and exceeds the demands of our rapidly growing GTM organization.
  • • You will proactively identify, target, and engage with elite talent, specifically sourcing from Tier-1 AdTech companies and leading FAANG organizations through sophisticated direct outbound recruitment strategies. This requires a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and the ability to articulate Vibe's unique value proposition.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve close collaboration with GTM leadership. You will partner strategically to refine and define ideal candidate profiles, ensuring absolute alignment with our aggressive revenue targets and long-term business objectives. This partnership is crucial for understanding the specific skills, experience, and cultural fit required for success.
  • • You will act as a brand ambassador, passionately evangelizing the Vibe mission and our compelling vision to the broader market. Your efforts will be dedicated to building a magnetic employer brand that attracts and resonates with top-tier sales and marketing professionals.
  • • Furthermore, you will play a vital role in streamlining and optimizing the GTM interview process. This involves maintaining an exceptionally high bar for candidate quality while simultaneously ensuring rapid feedback loops and an efficient candidate experience, reflecting our commitment to speed and execution.
  • • You will be instrumental in developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates, leveraging market intelligence and creative sourcing techniques to build a robust pipeline of future leaders.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to market mapping, identifying key talent pools and understanding industry trends to anticipate future hiring needs.
  • • You will manage and nurture relationships with potential candidates, building a strong talent community for Vibe.
  • • You will contribute to the development of recruitment metrics and reporting, providing insights into pipeline health, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • • You will ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, acting as a trusted advisor to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • • Your expertise will be crucial in navigating complex offer negotiations, particularly those involving high On-Target Earnings (OTE) structures and equity components, ensuring competitive and attractive packages that secure top talent.
  • • You will contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy, identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the recruitment function.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of successfully hiring high-quota-carrying sales talent within the US AdTech or SaaS market.
  • • Demonstrated experience in successfully recruiting and securing top performers from blue-chip organizations such as Google, Amazon, The Trade Desk, or similar industry leaders.
  • • Experience managing and successfully closing complex offer negotiations, including those with high OTE structures and equity components.
  • • Prior experience contributing to the significant growth of a GTM team during a period of hyper-scale, such as doubling headcount within a 12-month timeframe.
