📋 Description

  • As a H/F Délégué technico-commercial for Dexcom in the Mâcon-Besançon region, you will play a pivotal role in advancing diabetes care by promoting Dexcom’s industry-leading continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems to healthcare professionals, directly contributing to improved patient outcomes through innovative health technology.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include reporting to the Regional Director and collaborating closely with regional peers to manage and grow your assigned territory, which spans key cities including Besançon, Le Creusot, Mâcon, Pontarlier, and Gleizé.
  • You will develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with multidisciplinary healthcare teams — including diabetologists, general practitioners, nurses, healthcare providers, and pharmacists — by delivering expert, evidence-based presentations on the clinical and technical benefits of Dexcom’s CGM solutions.
  • A core part of your role will involve supporting healthcare institutions in integrating Dexcom products into their workflows, providing high-quality technical support, conducting training sessions for medical staff, and identifying growth opportunities to expand adoption within your sector.
  • You will leverage your commercial acumen to anticipate client needs, tailor your approach using performance indicators, and negotiate effectively within the medical device environment to drive sustainable business growth and market penetration.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Licence) in Sales, Marketing, Management, Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, with a proven track record of exceptional commercial performance
  • Strong understanding of English language (written and spoken) to support collaboration with global teams and access to international resources
