📋 Description

• • As a Hardware Reliability Engineer II at Shield AI, you will support efforts to ensure the robustness and long-term performance of VBAT flight hardware, contributing directly to mission-critical systems that protect service members and civilians.
• • You will work closely with design, manufacturing, and supplier teams to implement design-for-reliability best practices, support environmental and stress testing, conduct failure analysis, and analyze test and field data to identify reliability risks.
• • You will participate in design reviews and FMEA activities, assist in root cause investigations for manufacturing and field issues, and support initiatives to improve hardware reliability across the VBAT program from concept through production.
