  • • As Head of Account Management at UAB "Oxylabs", you will lead the global account management function, driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and transforming technical partnerships into strategic growth opportunities for a company serving Fortune 500 clients with cutting-edge web data solutions.
  • • You will own and execute the global account management strategy, leading a team to maximize client lifetime value, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure high satisfaction and retention across enterprise accounts.
  • • You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to align account plans with business goals, translate client needs into product feedback, and ensure seamless delivery of complex data gathering solutions.
  • • You will mentor and develop account managers, foster a high-performance culture, and leverage internal and external learning resources to elevate team expertise in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.
  • • You will report directly to leadership and operate as a key commercial engine, using data-driven insights to forecast revenue, mitigate churn, and unlock upsell and cross-sell potential at scale.
  • • You will represent Oxylabs in high-stakes client engagements, building trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and positioning the company as a strategic partner in web intelligence and data acquisition.
  • • You will contribute to shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy by providing market intelligence from the front lines, helping refine pricing, packaging, and service offerings based on real client feedback.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience leading global account management or customer success teams in a B2B SaaS or technology environment, preferably serving enterprise clients.
  • • Demonstrated success in driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and expanding revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies.
  • • Strong background in managing complex technical partnerships and translating client business needs into actionable account plans.
  • • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
  • • Deep understanding of web data gathering, proxy solutions, or related data intelligence technologies (or ability to rapidly acquire this knowledge).
