  • • Own monthly invoiced revenue across all existing client accounts, ensuring consistent and timely invoicing cadence with no revenue left in 'pending' status longer than necessary
  • • Drive proactive resolution of delivery, scope, or client behavior blockers that delay invoicing or impact revenue flow
  • • Produce accurate monthly revenue forecasts using ClickUp and active project data, track actual invoiced revenue at month-end, and report on variance reduction to ensure predictable financial outcomes
  • • Own the end-to-end invoicing process—including system integrity, timing, and accuracy—ensuring every project has a clearly assigned invoice month and triggers Finance at the correct stage of the project lifecycle
  • • Establish clarity and standardization in invoicing workflows across Account Managers (AMs) and Project Managers (PMs) to eliminate ambiguity and reactive billing
  • • Lead weekly AM team meetings to align on priorities, delivery standards, and commercial urgency, fostering a culture where invoicing is planned, not chased
  • • Conduct monthly 1:1s with AMs alongside the Head of Client Services to coach teams toward proactive account leadership and commercial accountability
  • • Identify and drive upsell opportunities and scope expansions within existing accounts to grow revenue beyond initial deal values, while monitoring client sentiment to preempt churn risk
  • • Own renewal processes and ensure clients are engaged in long-term growth strategies tied to their initial partnership
  • • Partner with the Head of Studio and Head of Ops to align delivery workflows with invoicing readiness, ensuring smooth handoffs and clean financial tracking
  • • Collaborate directly with Finance on collections, billing disputes, and process improvements to reduce friction and increase payment speed
  • • Escalate client-facing issues to the Head of Client Services when they pose commercial or relationship risk, maintaining clear boundaries between delivery and commercial leadership
  • • Step into complex or stalled projects to unblock delivery and safeguard account health when needed
  • • Provide light-touch support for transitional business development activities: qualify inbound leads, assess brief fit, flag opportunities to Head of Client Services, assist in reactivating lapsed clients, identify upsell hooks for future outbound pipelines, and contribute to proposal shaping for existing accounts
  • • Operate within a team undergoing structural transition, leading with clarity and ownership as business development responsibilities gradually transition to a dedicated hire
  • • Maintain accountability for making revenue predictable, ensuring accounts move intentionally without unnecessary stalls, and establishing clear role ownership across the AM team
  • • Use ClickUp for project and revenue tracking, HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) for client data, Google Drive/Sheets for reporting, Slack for communication, and Notion for documentation

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6+ years of experience in account management, client success, or commercial leadership
  • • Proven track record of driving revenue growth from existing accounts, not just relationship management
  • • Agency experience strongly preferred
  • • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop client-facing teams
  • • Commercially sharp mindset focused on invoicing, forecasting, and margin, not just client satisfaction
  • • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, rapidly restructuring environments
