  • • Own monthly invoiced revenue across all existing client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate billing with no revenue delayed in 'pending' status
  • • Drive a consistent invoicing cadence by identifying and resolving blockers in project delivery, scope, or client behavior proactively
  • • Produce a monthly revenue forecast using ClickUp and active project data, track actual invoiced revenue at month-end, and reduce variance between forecast and actual
  • • Own the end-to-end invoicing process including system integrity, timing, and accuracy, ensuring every project has a clearly assigned invoice month
  • • Trigger Finance at the correct stage of each project lifecycle to maintain cash flow predictability and clarity across Account Manager and Project Manager teams
  • • Lead weekly team meetings to align Account Managers on priorities, delivery standards, and commercial urgency, fostering a culture where invoicing is planned, not chased
  • • Conduct monthly 1:1s alongside the Head of Client Services to coach Account Managers in proactive account leadership, not reactive task execution
  • • Identify and drive upsell opportunities within existing accounts, owning renewals and scope expansions to grow revenue beyond initial deal values
  • • Monitor client sentiment to detect early churn risks and intervene before relationships deteriorate
  • • Partner with the Head of Studio and Head of Ops to ensure creative delivery is structured for clean, on-time invoicing
  • • Collaborate with Finance on collections, billing queries, and process improvements to streamline revenue operations
  • • Escalate client-facing issues with commercial or relationship risk to the Head of Client Services when necessary
  • • Step into complex projects to unblock delivery and protect account health when required
  • • Provide light-touch business development support during transition: review inbound lead briefs, assess fit, flag opportunities to Head of Client Services, assist in reactivating lapsed clients, identify upsell hooks for future outbound pipelines, and contribute to proposal shaping for existing clients
  • • Build a scalable account management structure that clarifies role ownership and supports long-term team growth as business development transitions to a dedicated hire
  • • Ensure leadership can rely on predictable, accurate revenue reporting with minimal variance between forecast and actual
  • • Maintain clarity in invoicing workflows across teams, eliminating chaotic, reactive billing practices
  • • Operate with commercial urgency, prioritizing revenue health over relationship management alone
  • • Work within CET, GMT, or ±1 timezone to align with global team and client schedules
  • • Utilize ClickUp for project and revenue tracking, HubSpot or similar CRM, Google Drive & Sheets, Slack, and Notion to manage workflows and communication

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6+ years in account management, client success, or commercial leadership
  • • Proven experience driving revenue from existing accounts, not just managing relationships
  • • Agency experience strongly preferred
  • • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop account management or client-facing teams
  • • Commercially sharp mindset focused on invoicing, forecasting, and margin, not just client satisfaction
  • • Comfortable operating in ambiguity during organizational restructuring
