- • Lead the end-to-end transformation of internal operations by designing and implementing agentic AI pipelines that automate repetitive tasks, improve operational efficiency, and enable autonomous workflows across business units—directly impacting productivity and decision-making quality for over 2,000,000 users globally.
- • Drive high-impact AI pilots in sales, people operations, legal, and deal intelligence, then scale successful solutions organization-wide as the central AI authority, mentoring a team of 2 Business Process Automation Specialists and 3 external contractors while collaborating with Data Engineering, ERP, IT Security, BI, Revenue Operations, and stakeholders across People Ops, TA, Finance, Customer Support, Legal, Procurement, and Sales.
- • Build and maintain robust LLM-based agent systems, RAG architectures, and multi-agent pipelines on GCP using Terraform, Vertex AI, Cloud Run, BigQuery, and tools like LangChain/LangGraph, ensuring security, compliance, monitoring, and reliability in all AI solutions while establishing standards for AI orchestration and quality.
- • Foster an AI-champion community at Ideals by leading technical workshops, conducting code reviews, guiding best practices in automation, and enabling continuous learning through access to Ideals Academy, external development budgets, and support for speaking/writing pursuits.
- • Advance your expertise in enterprise AI transformation by shaping the strategic use of agentic systems in a fast-growing, customer-centric B2B SaaS environment, gaining hands-on experience scaling AI from pilot to enterprise-wide adoption while working with cutting-edge LLMs (Gemini) and modern cloud-native tooling.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years in Software Development/Engineering with approximately 2 years focused on implementing and scaling AI solutions, including proven experience building LLM agent pipelines, multi-agent architectures, and deep practical expertise in RAG and retrieval-augmented approaches.
- • Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalents, and solid engineering skills in Python (preferred), with proficiency in JS or C# as a plus.
- • Practical experience designing and deploying cloud architectures on GCP using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or similar), including work with Vertex AI, Cloud Run, BigQuery, and related services, plus experience in unit, integration, and AI-specific testing.
