- • As Head of AI Executive Partnership at OpenAI, you will serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite leaders of enterprise customers, guiding them through the complex process of transforming their organizations using frontier AI capabilities. This role is critical in helping enterprises move beyond AI experimentation to build sustainable, long-term advantages by aligning AI adoption with core business strategy, operating models, and governance.
- • You will partner directly with executive leaders to explore and frame enterprise-scale opportunities for AI transformation, helping them understand how AI can reshape value creation, operational efficiency, and competitive positioning. Your work will involve translating technical AI capabilities into actionable business insights that support strategic decision-making at the highest levels.
- • Day to day, you will: engage with C-suite executives to assess AI readiness and define transformation priorities; collaborate with internal OpenAI teams (Go-to-Market, Applied AI, Product) to ensure customer insights inform product roadmaps; develop and facilitate frameworks for evaluating where AI can create durable advantage; support leadership teams in designing structured programs that drive operational change; advise on evolving operating models, governance structures, and workforce practices to enable responsible AI innovation; synthesize insights from executive engagements to shape OpenAI’s enterprise adoption strategy; contribute to thought leadership through executive briefings, industry discussions, and external communications; and build alignment across stakeholders by influencing both customer and internal teams through collaboration and systems thinking.
- • You will operate within the AI Strategy & Adoption team, a specialized group focused on partnering with OpenAI’s leading enterprise customers to guide their AI transformation journeys. The team sits at the intersection of technology, strategy, and organizational change, working closely with customers and cross-functional OpenAI teams to help organizations build lasting AI capabilities that deliver measurable business outcomes over time.
- • The team’s mission is to help enterprises turn AI into a sustained advantage—enabling continuous innovation, improved operations, and reinvented business models. As a senior leader in this team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how OpenAI supports enterprise customers in navigating one of the most significant technological shifts of our era.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise transformation at the forefront of AI adoption, gaining unparalleled exposure to how Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organizations are reimagining their futures with AI. You will develop advanced skills in advising C-suite leaders on complex, multi-year transformation journeys, balancing technological potential with organizational readiness, risk, and governance.
- • You will also have the opportunity to influence OpenAI’s product and enterprise strategy by feeding real-world insights from executive engagements back into internal teams, ensuring that OpenAI’s innovations are grounded in the practical needs of large-scale adopters. This role offers a unique platform to build thought leadership in AI-driven organizational change while working with some of the most innovative companies and AI practitioners in the world.

- • Strong understanding of how enterprise operating models, governance structures, and workforce practices evolve in response to major technology shifts.
- • Experience navigating complex environments involving regulation, risk, or governance, particularly in technology-driven transformations.
- • Systems thinking mindset, with expertise in process design, measurement frameworks, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- • Exceptional ability to translate complex technological capabilities into clear, practical business outcomes and value narratives.
