- • As the Head of AI Partnerships, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing Fastino's strategic vision for its partner ecosystem from the ground up. This pivotal role involves driving strategy and execution across a diverse range of channels, including AI-native companies, emerging startups, and the broader developer community. You will collaborate closely with the founding team to define and scale our partnership initiatives, laying the groundwork for a robust and high-performing partnerships organization.
- • **Ecosystem Presence and Brand Building:** You will be the face of Fastino at critical industry events, AI forums, and partner summits. Your primary objective will be to enhance brand awareness and generate top-of-funnel pipeline within the vibrant developer, AI-native, and digital-native communities. This will be achieved through a multi-faceted approach encompassing compelling content creation, active community engagement, and the cultivation of strong, lasting relationships.
- • **Startup Program Development and Management:** A key responsibility will be to design and implement comprehensive programs that position Fastino as a trusted and indispensable partner for founders at the earliest stages of their entrepreneurial journey. You will be responsible for driving retention and expansion within your portfolio of startup partners, identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, and proactively surfacing high-potential startups as valuable pipeline leads for Fastino.
- • **Strategic Relationship Management and Thought Leadership:** Cultivate deep, trusted relationships with venture platforms, their portfolio support teams, and influential startup operators. You will serve as a strategic thought partner to founders, offering guidance on AI infrastructure strategy, and critically, feeding valuable ecosystem insights back into Fastino's Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and product roadmap development. This ensures our offerings remain aligned with market needs and emerging trends.
- • **Partnership Pipeline Development and Performance Measurement:** Establish the essential systems, key performance indicators (KPIs), and compelling narratives required to transform partnerships into a measurable and impactful growth engine for Fastino. You will meticulously own the tracking and reporting of partner-sourced pipeline, referral volume, and revenue influenced by partnership activities, demonstrating the tangible value of the ecosystem.
- • **Future Team Building and Leadership:** As Fastino's partnership traction and success grow, you will play a crucial role in defining the structure, hiring, and development of the future partnerships function. This includes identifying talent, fostering a collaborative team environment, and scaling the team's capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
- • **Hyperscaler and Cloud Ecosystem Engagement:** Take ownership of and scale co-sell motions, marketplace listings, and strategic technology partnerships across the broader AI ecosystem. This includes forging and nurturing relationships with major cloud providers, GPU and compute partners, and essential developer platforms, ensuring Fastino's solutions are accessible and integrated within key industry infrastructures.
- • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work seamlessly with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on partnership strategies, program execution, and the overall success of Fastino's ecosystem initiatives. Your insights will be crucial in shaping our product development and market positioning.
- • **Market Intelligence and Feedback Loop:** Continuously monitor the AI partnership landscape, identifying emerging trends, competitive activities, and new partnership opportunities. Act as a vital feedback loop, channeling this intelligence to inform Fastino's strategic decisions and maintain our competitive edge.
