- • As the pioneering Head of B2B Sales & Business Development at MLabs, you will be instrumental in constructing the entire commercial engine of a high-performance DeFi Trading & Intelligence platform. This is a "zero-to-one" leadership opportunity, offering unparalleled autonomy and ownership over the go-to-market strategy, pricing models, and the strategic expansion into new verticals within the rapidly evolving Web3 and Decentralized Finance (DeFi) landscape.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to architect and implement a robust B2B sales infrastructure from the ground up. This includes selecting and integrating a CRM system, meticulously defining and managing the sales pipeline, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive measurable success, and ensuring transparent, regular reporting to stakeholders. You will be the architect of our commercial success, ensuring every aspect of the sales process is optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
- • A critical facet of this role involves identifying, validating, and prioritizing diverse B2B verticals. You will conduct in-depth market research to pinpoint key opportunities within sectors such as institutional hedge funds, cutting-edge trading platforms, digital wallet providers, sophisticated analytics firms, and essential infrastructure companies. Your strategic vision will guide our expansion into these crucial market segments.
- • You will be tasked with defining and continuously iterating on flexible and innovative business models and bespoke pricing strategies. This requires a deep understanding of the unique needs and value perceptions of different market segments within the DeFi and Web3 space, ensuring our offerings are both competitive and highly valuable.
- • This is a full-cycle sales role. You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality leads through proactive outreach, nurturing relationships, and expertly managing complex, often lengthy, deal cycles from the initial point of contact through to successful closing. Your ability to articulate complex technical value propositions will be paramount.
- • A key part of your role will be the development of compelling sales collateral. This includes crafting vertical-specific sales narratives that resonate with target audiences, creating high-impact pitch decks that clearly communicate our value, and producing professional commercial materials that support your sales efforts.
- • You will serve as the crucial "voice of the customer" within the organization. By actively gathering critical market insights, understanding customer pain points, and identifying emerging trends, you will provide invaluable feedback to the founders and product teams, directly influencing the product roadmap and ensuring our offerings remain at the forefront of innovation.
- • Furthermore, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing long-term enterprise relationships and forging strategic ecosystem partnerships. These collaborations will be vital for expanding our reach, enhancing our product offerings, and solidifying our position within the Web3 ecosystem.
- • The ideal candidate possesses a deep, nuanced understanding of Web3/DeFi, particularly the Solana ecosystem, and has a proven track record in B2B software, API, or data product sales, ideally within an early-stage or high-growth environment. An entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to build structured processes from scratch are essential. You must possess sharp commercial acumen, excellent communication skills to engage with sophisticated stakeholders, and a highly proactive, self-starting approach to business development and relationship management.
