- • As the Head of Brand Marketing & Strategy at OnePay, you will be instrumental in shaping the emotional connection millions of Americans have with our brand. Your primary mission will be to ensure that OnePay is not only perceived as a useful financial tool but also as an empowering, relatable, and indispensable partner in our customers' financial journeys. This role is pivotal in defining the core narratives, strategic positioning, and deep customer insights that will resonate across all our offerings and customer segments, driving both trust and loyalty.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of brand stewardship. You will own the overarching brand strategy and positioning, meticulously defining OnePay's unique narrative, its key differentiators, and its compelling value proposition. This will involve translating complex financial services into clear, accessible, and inspiring messages that speak directly to the needs and aspirations of our diverse customer base. You will be the architect of integrated campaign strategies, providing creative direction that ensures a consistent, high-quality brand expression across all touchpoints – from paid advertising and owned media channels to earned publicity and in-product user experiences. A critical part of your role will be to deeply understand our customers, leveraging research, market trends, and competitive intelligence to develop robust messaging frameworks. These frameworks will be designed to not only build awareness and foster trust but also to effectively drive conversions and customer acquisition. Furthermore, you will be responsible for identifying and defining our priority audiences and customer segments, utilizing both qualitative research and quantitative analytics to pinpoint high-value users and emerging growth opportunities. Your strategic insights will guide the development of ideal customer profiles, ensuring that our brand communications are precisely targeted and maximally effective.
- • You will collaborate closely with a variety of internal teams, including Product, Growth, Social Media, Communications, and Executive leadership. This cross-functional partnership is essential for ensuring that the brand strategy is seamlessly aligned with overarching company priorities and ambitious growth objectives. Your ability to influence, align stakeholders, and drive execution across these diverse teams will be key to your success.
