- • As Head of Channel Sales at Lovable Labs Inc., you will lead the strategic development and execution of the company’s channel sales initiatives, directly contributing to scalable revenue growth by expanding Lovable’s market reach through trusted partner networks. This role is pivotal in democratizing software creation by enabling partners to deliver Lovable’s AI-powered platform to a broader audience, from solo founders to Fortune 500 enterprises.
- • You will own the end-to-end channel sales lifecycle — from partner recruitment and enablement to joint selling, forecasting, and performance optimization — ensuring alignment across product, marketing, and services teams to drive consistent customer outcomes and sustainable pipeline growth.
- • Day to day, you will: develop and present a comprehensive channel business plan tied to revenue targets and profitability goals; recruit, onboard, train, and motivate a high-performing channel sales team; activate partner sellers through tailored enablement programs and joint selling motions; provide accurate forecasting, performance reporting, and competitive insights to senior leadership; collaborate with marketing to co-create demand-generation campaigns and promotional initiatives; work closely with product and services teams to position differentiated solutions and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities; manage partner escalations and issue resolution to uphold customer satisfaction and brand reputation; and represent Lovable at industry events, partner summits, and trade shows to strengthen relationships and market presence.
