📋 Description
- • Lead the clinical and operational infrastructure of Limbic Limited's AI-first care clinic as a visionary Psychologist, overseeing EHR refinement, clinical protocol design, and outcome tracking to launch and scale the CMS Access care clinic.
- • Manage day-to-day clinical operations in collaboration with the Medical Director, ensuring legal compliance while supervising clinical and non-clinical staff and providing supervision to licensed psychotherapists.
- • Join Limbic Limited, the leading clinical AI company for mental healthcare with the largest deployment of patient-facing mental health AI globally, supporting over half a million patients across the UK and US and pioneering AI as a Class IIa medical device.
- • Develop expertise in AI-integrated clinical systems, regulatory compliance for behavioral health, value-based care models, and building scalable clinical workflows from scratch in a high-impact, innovative health-tech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • PhD or PsyD in Psychology with an active license
- • 3+ years of experience in a mental health technology or AI startup
- • Track record of building clinical products from scratch and designing novel workflows
- • Strong technical literacy and experience collaborating with engineering teams on AI and data systems
- • Deep understanding of CMS reimbursement and Value-Based Care models for behavioral health
- • Experience monitoring clinical safety and outcomes over time
- • Awareness of AI applications in healthcare and belief in its value for patient support
- • Confident leadership skills including public speaking, data-driven presentations, and multitasking under tight deadlines
