📋 Description

• Lead the content and brand engine behind Paul Saladino, MD, owning strategy, execution, and performance across short-form, long-form, and emerging channels to drive audience growth and brand consistency.
• Build and manage systems, calendars, and workflows that ensure reliable publishing without constant oversight, while leading and developing the short-form and YouTube/long-form teams.
• Act as the guardian of brand voice, tone, and standards, translating mission and ideas into a prioritized content roadmap that aligns with animal-based/functional health principles.
• Own performance measurement, reporting, and optimization — turning insights into strategic content bets while raising the bar on quality through direct feedback and team development.
• Fitt Talent Partners is a specialized recruitment firm working with top health and wellness companies; this role supports a high-visibility personal brand in the functional health space.
• This is a senior leadership role where you operate as strategist, operator, and editor-in-chief — not a content creator, but the architect of the system that scales impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading content or creative teams and owning outcomes, not just executing tasks for a personal brand.
• Demonstrated ability to think in systems and strategy — with excitement for clarity, structure, and scalable processes.
• Experience managing content calendars, editors, and publishing pipelines at scale across multiple channels.
• Strong editorial and creative judgment, including the ability to identify what makes content resonate and perform.
• Solid writing fundamentals, particularly in crafting concise, punchy hooks and captions that drive engagement.
• Analytical mindset — comfortable tracking, measuring, and optimizing content output against defined goals.
