📋 Description
- • As Head of Customer Success at Deepjudge Inc., you will lead the post-sale motion for AI-native enterprise software serving elite law firms and Fortune 500 corporate legal teams, directly impacting retention, expansion, and customer partnership in high-stakes legal workflows.
- • You will personally own and drive NRR and GRR outcomes, lead high-touch implementations with top-tier customers, build scalable playbooks for adoption and value realization, and shape product direction through deep customer insights and executive storytelling.
- • You will join a unified revenue team where Customer Success, Sales, and Implementation operate as one coordinated unit under the CRO, breaking down silos to deliver seamless customer experiences and jointly own end-to-end revenue motion.
- • You will build and scale a high-performing CSM team from 5 to 12+ Tier-1 operators, establish Customer Advisory Boards, design AI-native post-sale motions, and create repeatable systems for health scoring, early warning, and customer-led product innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven personal ownership of GRR, NRR, and expansion ARR in fast-moving, enterprise SaaS environments
- • Experience designing and evolving post-sale motions for AI-native or complex technical products, with focus on use case landing and workflow integration
- • Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and lead high-performing Customer Success teams while maintaining direct ownership of strategic customer relationships
