  • • As Head of Customer Success, EMEA at Notion, you will lead and scale the Customer Success organization across Europe, Middle East, and Africa, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from Notion’s connected workspace platform through strategic adoption, retention, and expansion initiatives.
  • • You will develop and execute regional strategies aligned with global goals, lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers across scaled and dedicated motions, partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services to optimize onboarding and delivery, drive executive engagement with key customers, and use data-driven insights to improve customer health and inform product decisions.
  • • Notion is a fast-growing, mission-driven company building an all-in-one workspace that combines docs, notes, projects, calendar, email, and AI to help individuals and teams work more efficiently. Trusted by organizations like Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI, Notion values in-person collaboration and requires Anchor Days (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays) in the office to foster connection and innovation.
