  • • As the Head of Demand Generation, you will play a pivotal role in scaling qualified pipeline generation across our crucial market segments: Small and Medium Businesses (SMB), Mid-Market, and Enterprise. This strategic position reports directly to our CEO and Co-Founder, placing you at the heart of our growth strategy. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sophisticated, account-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies specifically designed to penetrate large enterprise prospects. These prospects often have intricate and lengthy buying processes, requiring a nuanced and tailored approach. Simultaneously, you will maintain and grow pipeline generation efforts within our existing SMB and Mid-Market segments, ensuring a balanced and robust pipeline across all tiers.
  • • You will be the owner of the entire demand generation funnel, from initial awareness campaigns to the critical handoff to the sales team. This involves implementing rigorous analytics and optimization strategies at every stage to continuously improve conversion rates. A key aspect of this role will be the design and execution of integrated campaigns specifically for enterprise buyers. These campaigns will span multiple channels, including targeted email outreach, strategic paid acquisition, engaging web content, and proactive outbound efforts, all meticulously crafted to resonate with the unique needs and longer sales cycles of enterprise clients.
  • • Collaboration is paramount. You will work hand-in-hand with our Sales, Sales Development Representative (SDR), and Revenue Operations (RevOps) teams. This cross-functional partnership will focus on refining account prioritization, optimizing lead routing processes, and accelerating opportunity development. You will be responsible for meticulously tracking and reporting on key performance metrics to executive leadership, providing clear insights into the health and effectiveness of our demand generation efforts. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the charge in transitioning Siro to an enterprise-focused GTM strategy, significantly influencing the company's trajectory during a critical phase of rapid growth. It's a ground-floor opportunity to build and, in time, lead a high-performing demand generation team as Siro scales. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 6-10 years of B2B demand generation experience with a proven track record in high-growth SaaS companies (Seed-Series C preferred).
  • • Deep expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, including account tiering, personalized campaign development, and sales-marketing alignment for large deal sizes.
  • • Full-stack marketing proficiency with hands-on experience across demand generation channels such as paid acquisition, email lifecycle marketing, events, SEO, and website optimization.
  • • Strong background in marketing analytics, full-funnel reporting, and ROI measurement, with the ability to present actionable insights to executive leadership.
  • • Fluency with marketing technology (Martech) and AI-powered solutions for demand generation, lead scoring, and campaign automation.
  • • Demonstrated experience scaling demand generation programs from early stages to generating significant annual pipeline volumes (e.g., $100M+).
