  • • Lead product education for the Siena team by designing and delivering sessions, documentation, and demos for every product release to ensure full team alignment and understanding.
  • • Design and execute customer workshops and recurring product sessions focused on real use cases, driving measurable outcomes and deep product adoption.
  • • Build and standardize the customer onboarding path from contract signing to first value realization, ensuring consistency across all customer segments.
  • • Onboard every new hire through a structured ramp-up program that accelerates productivity and embeds product fluency from day one.
  • • Create and maintain a comprehensive demo library featuring live, recorded, vertical-specific, and persona-specific demonstrations used by sales and customers alike.
  • • Found and scale Siena Academy by developing curriculum, certifications, and learning paths for both internal teams and external customers, establishing a recognized credential in CX AI.
  • • Build and nurture the Siena community through recurring events, rituals, and spaces where customers, partners, and operators learn from each other and from Siena.
  • • Educate the broader market through open courses, public content, and frameworks that position Siena as the definitive resource on AI-powered customer experience.
  • • Equip sales teams with compelling demo scripts, vertical-specific narratives, and precise product positioning to close deals effectively.
  • • Design and implement AI systems that automate and scale educational content delivery, teaching Siena’s agents how to teach and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • • Serve as the final filter for product communication, ensuring all educational materials reflect Siena’s vision, tone, and depth of understanding.
  • • Work directly with customer brands including Spanx, Allbirds, FIGS, HexClad, Brooklinen, Coterie, GrĂĽns, and Kitsch to understand their needs and tailor educational experiences.
  • • Operate without a predefined brief, building programs, curricula, and communities from zero to scale with autonomy and ownership.
  • • Treat AI as a natural extension of teaching and product delivery, leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation, workflow automation, and knowledge sharing.
  • • Foster a culture of curiosity, direct feedback, and high standards by modeling ownership, customer obsession, and rapid iteration in all educational initiatives.
