Head of EMEA

📋 Description

• • As the first Head of EMEA at Triple Whale Inc., you will lead the region through its next phase of growth and operational maturity, defining strategy and embedding discipline to deliver predictable, long-term performance.
• • You will define and deliver the EMEA growth strategy with full accountability for regional revenue across new business, retention, and expansion; own regional performance reporting and forecasting accuracy; lead a team of 8–12+ across Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Partnerships; identify expansion opportunities within the existing customer base; monitor market dynamics; align regional go-to-market execution with global strategy; establish scalable processes across European markets; maintain strong product knowledge for strategic customer engagement; partner with functional leaders across the Americas; and build regional presence through regular travel across Europe.
