To spearhead this vital initiative, we are seeking an exceptional and experienced Head of Enterprise Go-To-Market (GTM) for Australia.
- • This senior leadership role carries the ultimate accountability for our Australian enterprise go-to-market strategy and execution. You will be responsible for defining, governing, and scaling how we approach the enterprise market, encompassing all facets of the business cycle: from acquiring new enterprise clients to ensuring the retention and expansion of our existing relationships. Your strategic vision will shape the operating model, team structure, and operational cadence necessary to foster sustained, predictable, and significant growth within the enterprise segment.
- • You will be instrumental in building and refining the processes and frameworks that enable our enterprise sales and customer success teams to operate effectively and efficiently. This includes establishing clear pipelines, robust forecasting mechanisms, and rigorous deal governance protocols to ensure strategic alignment and maximize success rates for complex, high-value opportunities.
- • While you will operate closely with and provide strategic guidance on complex enterprise opportunities, your primary focus will be on setting the overarching direction, ensuring robust deal governance, and driving organizational leverage. This is not a role for someone who wants to be the primary deal owner, but rather for a leader who excels at enabling and empowering a team to achieve ambitious targets through strategic oversight and operational excellence.

- • Key responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive enterprise GTM strategy tailored to the Australian healthcare landscape. This involves identifying target market segments, defining value propositions for enterprise clients, and establishing strategic partnerships that accelerate market penetration.
- • You will lead the development and implementation of sales processes, methodologies, and playbooks specifically designed for enterprise sales cycles, which are often long, complex, and involve multiple stakeholders.
- • A significant part of your role will be to build, mentor, and manage a high-performing enterprise sales and account management team. This includes defining roles and responsibilities, setting performance objectives, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- • You will establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress and success of the enterprise GTM strategy, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
- • Collaboration will be key. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of the enterprise strategy with overall company objectives and to gather market feedback for product development and refinement.
- • You will be responsible for overseeing the pipeline management and forecasting process for the enterprise segment, ensuring accuracy and predictability.
- • Furthermore, you will champion the Lyrebird Health vision and value proposition within the enterprise market, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- • This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly the complexities of enterprise sales within this sector. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of successfully building and scaling enterprise GTM motions, managing complex sales cycles, and leading high-performing teams.
