📋 Description
- • Develop, implement, and refine Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks, policies, procedures, and governance structures aligned with regulatory guidelines.
- • Oversee risk assessments and Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) to ensure all relevant risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated with appropriate controls.
- • Provide oversight of ERM programs including model risk management, third-party risk management, operational risk management, business continuity/disaster recovery, policy management, and physical security.
- • Establish key risk indicators (KRIs), risk appetite statements, and enterprise risk registers to enhance transparency and accountability across the organization.
- • Deliver periodic updates to senior leadership and the board of directors on the company’s risk profile across all risk types, individually and in aggregate, along with risk management activities.
- • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership and the board on risk-related matters to enable informed decision-making and effective risk management strategies.
- • Collaborate with the Chief Risk Officer to set agendas for Enterprise Risk Management Committee (ERMC) meetings and ensure timely preparation and responsiveness of ERMC packages.
- • Author and manage the Enterprise Risk Management Policy and Program, including associated standards and procedures.
- • Foster a risk-aware culture by developing and deploying risk training programs, tools, and awareness initiatives across all levels of the organization.
- • Monitor emerging risks, regulatory changes, and industry trends to proactively adapt risk management strategies and maintain compliance.
- • Participate in and prepare for regulatory examinations and internal audits, including assisting in the development of responses to regulatory findings.
- • Support other risk management programs and responsibilities as assigned, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory expectations.
- • Comply with all company policies and standards while performing duties.
- • Utilize MS Office tools for analysis, reporting, and documentation of risk data and findings.
- • Leverage technology and systems to advance ERM program initiatives and improve efficiency.
- • Engage with internal stakeholders at all levels, translating technical risk concepts into clear business communication for non-technical audiences.
- • Lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive organizational change in risk management practices.
- • Participate in domestic and international team and company summits to strengthen relationships and align on company vision.
- • Utilize company-issued Rain Cards for testing core products and services, as well as for eligible health and wellness spending such as gym memberships, fitness classes, massages, and acupuncture.
