📋 Description

• • The Head of Finance is a key member of the executive leadership team at AnswersNow, Inc., reporting to the CEO and partnering closely with the Board and cross-functional leaders to own and evolve the company’s financial strategy in a high-growth, venture-backed digital health environment.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading company-wide financial strategy including long-range planning and capital allocation, serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, owning forecasting and budgeting, building and scaling financial infrastructure (FP&A, accounting, systems, internal controls), overseeing revenue cycle financial performance and unit economics, leading board and investor engagement, ensuring strong financial operations (cash management, audits, compliance), evaluating strategic initiatives (new markets, partnerships, M&A), and owning end-to-end payroll operations with full compliance.
