Head of Finance

📋 Description

• • As Head of Finance at Vendelux Inc., you will serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and a key leader on the operations team, directly managing a cross-functional team of six across Finance, Accounting, HR, Legal, and Revenue Operations to build the operational foundation for scalable growth.
• • Day to day, you will lead team development, set goals and KPIs, oversee financial planning and analysis, guide month-end and year-end close processes, manage external advisor relationships, ensure compliance with GAAP and ASC 606, lead HR and legal functions, and partner with GTM teams on revenue operations and compensation design.
• • Vendelux is a Series A SaaS company transforming event marketing through AI-powered insights across 250,000+ events, backed by FirstMark and experienced leaders from Bain, ZoomInfo, Airbnb, and more, with a mission to turn events into a scalable growth channel.
• • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in scaling multi-functional teams in a high-growth startup, gain experience preparing for independent audits and SOX readiness, and shape people, finance, and legal systems that support a path to Series C and beyond.
