Head of Finance

📋 Description

• • As Head of Finance at Loft Labs, Inc., you will bridge strategic vision, operational execution, and sustainable growth by owning the financial infrastructure for the entire company lifecycle, leading finance and accounting functions through phases of growth and ensuring fiscal health during scaling and fundraising.
• • Day to day, you will build and scale a high-performing finance team, oversee FP&A and financial modeling, manage accounting and compliance including audits and tax, lead fundraising efforts and investor relations, collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Sales on unit economics, write SQL queries for reporting, and serve as the primary financial escalation point to the Board and executive leadership.
• • Loft Labs (operating as vCluster Labs) is a venture-backed tech startup pioneering Kubernetes virtualization for the AI era, having raised over $30M from top-tier VCs, with a remote-first culture and headquarters in San Francisco, focused on enabling AI Cloud providers and AI factories through its Infrastructure Tenancy Platform and open-source vCluster technology.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in SaaS financial metrics, lead financial strategy for a high-growth startup, gain experience in early-stage fundraising and investor relations, strengthen leadership in finance team management, and enhance your ability to translate complex financial data into strategic actions for engineering, product, and executive audiences.
