- • This role owns the AI and automation agenda across finance for Rohlik Group SE, transforming live AI agents and automation experiments into a scalable, group-wide operating model that drives efficiency and IPO readiness.
- • Day to day, you will lead process redesign, build and ship AI-assisted agents using tools like NetSuite, Rossum, and n8n, manage a small team, track impact metrics (automation rate, close time, cash allocation speed), and roll out initiatives across five markets while reporting directly to the Group CFO.
- • You will join a finance function being rebuilt to run on AI, with live agents already in production for payment chasing, invoice processing, and cash allocation, operating within a fast-moving, flat-hierarchy culture that values pragmatism and impact over perfection.
- • In this role, you will learn to lead enterprise-scale AI transformation in finance, deepen your expertise in agentic process design, and achieve measurable operational impact by shaping how finance runs across the Group as it prepares for growth and potential IPO.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record leading transformation or automation programmes that delivered measurable results, with background in strategy consulting, operations, or generalist management.
- • Hands-on ability to build AI agents and integrate APIs using AI-assisted tools (e.g., NetSuite, Rossum, n8n), without requiring formal software engineering skills.
- • Strong grasp of finance operations or the aptitude to learn quickly, with comfort in both CFO-level strategy discussions and technical tool-based execution.
- • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- • Willingness to travel regularly to Prague HQ (minimum 4 days per month).
