- • Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function at Form3, driving forecasting accuracy, commercial insight, and long-term value creation as a strategic finance partner to the business.
- • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Finance Business Partners, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- • Own all financial forecasting cycles including budgeting, long-range planning, re-forecasting, and monthly performance reviews; design scalable FP&A models and reporting frameworks.
- • Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and Commercial teams to support strategic initiatives, pricing, investment cases, and go-to-market decisions.
- • Present complex financial insights to the Executive team and Board, translating data into clear, actionable narratives.
- • Contribute to fundraising activities by preparing investor materials and engaging with stakeholders.
- • Drive refinement of forecasting models, financial tools, and planning processes, introducing best-in-class FP&A methodologies.
- • Ensure strong governance and consistent standards within the FP&A team in a robust control environment.
- • Work within a remote-first UK-based Finance team reporting directly to the CFO, supporting a scale-up of over 200 employees.

🎯 Requirements
- • Extensive FP&A leadership experience, ideally in a high-growth, technology-led or financial services environment.
- • Proven experience building and managing Finance Business Partnering teams with strong coaching and talent development skills.
- • Deep expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and implementing planning systems and reporting tools.
- • Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders with strong communication, commercial acumen, and stakeholder engagement.
- • Experience supporting investor engagement and delivering high-quality financial materials for fundraising activities.
- • Desirable: Accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA) with a strong technical foundation.
