This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned leader who can cultivate and expand Lovable’s global footprint through robust partnerships, impactful co-marketing initiatives, and comprehensive enablement programs. The ultimate goal is to drive significant adoption of our innovative software creation platform and generate substantial revenue growth.
• • As the Head of Global Partnerships, you will be instrumental in shaping Lovable's partner strategy, identifying key opportunities, and building a world-class partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with top-tier agencies, ensuring they are equipped and motivated to leverage Lovable's capabilities to serve their clients effectively. This involves understanding the intricate needs of performance and tech agencies and aligning Lovable's offerings to meet those demands, thereby creating a symbiotic growth engine.
• • Your responsibilities will extend to designing and executing joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies. This includes developing collaborative marketing campaigns, co-selling initiatives, and comprehensive training programs that empower partners to become advocates and proficient users of Lovable. You will be the architect of programs that not only drive partner success but also translate directly into increased user adoption and revenue for Lovable.
• • A critical aspect of this role involves establishing and maintaining scalable enablement programs. These programs will ensure partners have the necessary resources, knowledge, and support to successfully integrate Lovable into their workflows and offer it as a solution to their clients. This could include certification programs, best practice guides, and ongoing training sessions designed to foster expertise and drive consistent performance.
• • You will be expected to meticulously track partner performance, conduct regular quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and forecast future pipeline growth. This data-driven approach will enable you to identify areas for optimization, refine strategies, and ensure that the partnership program consistently meets and exceeds its objectives. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will be crucial for iterating and driving continuous improvement.
