We are seeking a founding Head of Growth to architect and meticulously drive our user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies. You will be instrumental in building sustainable growth loops, optimizing the user onboarding experience, crafting habit-forming triggers, and scaling the most effective tactics to achieve compounding, long-term growth.   • • **Growth Strategy & Execution:** You will own the end-to-end growth roadmap, encompassing acquisition, activation, retention, and referral strategies for both our consumer and creator user bases. This involves developing a holistic vision and translating it into actionable, data-driven initiatives.
  • • **Product-Led Growth:** Collaborate closely with our product and design teams to meticulously optimize user onboarding flows, enhance conversion rates at critical touchpoints, and design features that foster deep user engagement and long-term product stickiness.
  • • **Viral & Network Effects:** Identify, conceptualize, and scale powerful growth loops that incentivize users to become active advocates for the platform, driving organic acquisition and reinforcing network effects. This includes understanding and leveraging the unique dynamics of social music platforms.
  • • **Full-Funnel Optimization:** Design, implement, and continuously refine marketing campaigns across paid, organic, referral, and lifecycle channels. You will meticulously test messaging, analyze campaign performance, and optimize the entire user funnel, from initial awareness to sustained habit formation.
  • • **Experimentation & Analytics:** Define key success metrics, establish a robust experimentation framework, and conduct rapid, iterative testing to uncover actionable insights. Your ability to translate data into repeatable wins and strategic adjustments will be paramount.
  • • **Foundation Building:** Implement and manage essential growth tools, tracking mechanisms, attribution models, and lifecycle management systems to ensure a scalable and efficient growth operation. This includes setting up the necessary infrastructure for data collection and analysis.
  • • **Team Leadership:** As the company scales, you will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and managing a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and consistent results.
  • • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work seamlessly with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Community teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives and to leverage their expertise in achieving shared goals.
  • • **Market Insights:** Stay abreast of emerging trends in the social media, music tech, and consumer app spaces, identifying new opportunities for growth and competitive differentiation.
  • • **Budget Management:** Develop and manage the growth marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve key performance indicators.
