- • Lead and refine sales strategy by managing and motivating a high-performing team of Account Executives in Primer’s most mature market, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- • Identify and cultivate relationships with new prospects, build trust through analytical and problem-solving skills, and collaborate across product, partnerships, and marketing teams to align sales efforts with business strategy.
- • Drive urgency and performance culture by instilling accountability, integrity, and a 'doer' mindset while coaching team members to map strengths to career opportunities.
- • Primer Technologies is a unified global payments infrastructure backed by top-tier investors, enabling finance and payments teams to reduce complexity, improve performance, and capture more revenue from a single platform.
- • The role offers the opportunity to shape go-to-market strategy in a fast-growing fintech scaleup, develop leadership expertise, and contribute to building category-defining products with a mission-driven, remote-first team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in sales
- • 3+ years of experience managing a team of Account Executives
- • Experience within the payments or fintech industry
- • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term growth plans
- • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- • Experience negotiating complex deals and working with legal teams
