  • • As Head of Growth and Lifecycle at Leapsome, you will architect and lead the AI-augmented growth engine that drives global expansion, reporting to the VP of Marketing and owning the strategy and execution of the high-stakes demand engine responsible for Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs), qualified pipeline, and customer expansion revenue.
  • • You will design and implement automated, scalable growth loops across the tech stack to supercharge efficiency, velocity, and ROI, while bridging the gap between initial acquisition and long-term customer retention through lifecycle programs that unlock upsell opportunities and drive platform adoption.
  • • Leading a high-performance team of growth experts, you will mentor and scale talent, foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with roadmap priorities.
  • • You will own full accountability for predictable delivery of SAOs and qualified pipeline, leading go-to-market strategies tailored to SMB and Mid-Market segments to drive brand awareness and measurable revenue success in a competitive B2B SaaS landscape.
  • • In this role, you will leverage deep AI fluency to embed autonomous workflows, predictive lead scoring, and intent-driven prospecting into marketing workflows, using modern growth metrics, attribution models, and experimentation frameworks to drive superior, self-optimizing results.
  • • You will operate with high agency, urgency, and empathy to materially shift Leapsome’s growth trajectory across North America and EMEA, transforming the buyer journey into a scalable, high-velocity machine as the company evolves from a people enablement tool to a comprehensive HR platform.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Significant leadership experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle leadership in high-growth B2B SaaS
  • • Proven track record owning pipeline or revenue outcomes, not just lead generation
  • • Experience scaling full-funnel growth programs across paid, organic, website/CRO, and lifecycle marketing
  • • Hands-on AI fluency and experience embedding AI tools and agents into marketing workflows for faster decisions and improved scalability
  • • Deep understanding of modern growth metrics, attribution models, and experimentation frameworks
  • • Experience managing multi-million marketing budgets
