- • As Head of Growth (China) at Almedia Inc., you will serve as the dedicated leader for the company’s expansion in China, reporting directly to the CEO and acting as the architect of the go-to-market engine. This dual-impact role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring you to lead and mentor a high-performing Customer Success Management (CSM) team while personally driving Tier-1 deals with top mobile game publishers to establish win stories that unlock broader market adoption.
- • Day to day, you will architect and own a repeatable outbound sales motion by defining segmentation, messaging, and CRM workflows; design and implement strategic initiatives such as formal referral systems and AI-optimized global sync; personally lead Tier-1 deals from discovery to signed integration; bridge product and market by translating publisher needs into a prioritized engineering backlog; enforce operational excellence through qualification standards, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting; and scale and mentor the CSM team by managing KPIs, career development, and day-to-day coaching to foster extreme ownership.

The company rewards its community of over 70 million users for engaging with advertisers’ products, offering a novel user acquisition model for global enterprises. The Beijing-based China team operates in a high-intensity, 5-days-a-week office environment focused on building energizing momentum through extreme ownership and rapid execution.

You will gain deep experience in enterprise sales, operational rigor, and AI-driven performance tools while shaping the future of marketing through publisher-aligned innovation.

- • Ability to build an outbound engine from scratch, including experimentation with A/B outreach, sequencing, and offer tests
- • Skill in translating complex product features into quantified ROI for Monetization and LiveOps leaders at major game studios
- • Experience giving candid feedback, addressing performance early, and keeping remote or multi-geo teams engaged and hungry
- • Power user of CRM data with a passion for leveraging AI and custom-built performance tools to scale human effort
🏖️ Benefits
- • Real impact and growth alongside a profitable startup aiming to become Germany’s second bootstrapped unicorn
- • High-growth environment that encourages ownership and continuous raising of the bar
- • Generous bonus scheme rewarding proactive, high-impact work
- • Clear path for growth and talent development in an equal opportunity, diverse workplace
