📋 Description

• As the first dedicated growth hire at Condor Software Inc., the Head of Growth Marketing will own and fuel the company’s growth by creating and executing a data-driven, AI-first growth strategy from the ground up, directly impacting how Condor scales its financial intelligence platform for clinical development.
• Day to day, the role involves building and managing the marketing tech stack, executing full-funnel campaigns across email, SEO/SEM, AEO, and signal-based automation, optimizing web and content distribution, and collaborating closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to improve lead quality, handoff, and conversion efficiency.
• Condor is a high-growth, AI-driven financial intelligence platform for clinical development, backed by top investors like Felicis and 645 Ventures, trusted by Top 200 biopharma companies to unify clinical operations, vendor activity, and financial signals into a real-time intelligence layer.
• In this role, the person will learn to scale growth in a high-stakes, enterprise B2B environment, achieve measurable impact on pipeline and revenue, and develop expertise in AI-powered growth tactics, marketing operations, and cross-functional leadership within a mission-driven, fast-moving startup.

🎯 Requirements

• Can build and manage forecasts and budgets
• Setting strategy across multiple growth channels
• Reporting on growth metrics to leadership team
