- • Lead global performance marketing strategy for Fresha’s B2B and B2C acquisition channels, owning paid search and paid social campaigns across all key markets.
- • Manage and scale an in-house performance marketing team responsible for driving scalable, data-driven growth across digital acquisition funnels.
- • Optimize paid media spend across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, and other major digital channels to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value.
- • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Data, Design, and Commercial teams to align creative assets, messaging, and funnel optimization with business objectives.
- • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to refine targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives for improved conversion rates and cost efficiency.
- • Develop and execute automated marketing workflows integrated with Fresha’s AI-powered platform to enhance customer acquisition and retention across beauty, wellness, and self-care sectors.
- • Work directly with product and engineering teams to ensure marketing initiatives are supported by robust tracking, attribution models, and API integrations with major tech platforms.
- • Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle from planning and budget allocation to execution, measurement, and reporting to senior leadership.
- • Identify new growth opportunities in emerging markets and adapt acquisition strategies to local consumer behaviors and regulatory environments.
- • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure the effectiveness of performance marketing initiatives across regions and channels.
- • Drive innovation in performance marketing by testing new platforms, formats, and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends in digital acquisition.
- • Ensure all marketing activities comply with platform policies, data privacy regulations, and Fresha’s brand guidelines across global markets.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders on performance marketing strategy, budget alignment, and growth targets.
- • Leverage Fresha’s ecosystem of 140,000+ businesses and 450,000+ professionals to inform targeting strategies and campaign personalization.
- • Utilize insights from over 1 billion appointments processed to refine audience segmentation and predictive modeling for acquisition campaigns.
- • Partner with the Commercial team to align acquisition efforts with merchant onboarding goals and revenue targets across the global marketplace.

- • Proven experience leading performance marketing teams in B2B and B2C environments at scale
