- • As Head of GTM Architecture at Clay Labs Inc., you will design and build the company’s revenue engine to ensure sales, marketing, and customer experience teams operate in alignment with clear accountability and real leverage. This role is critical to scaling Clay’s go-to-market motion as the company continues rapid growth following its $100M Series C and $5B valuation.
- • Day to day, you will architect the GTM operating rhythm end-to-end by sitting in forecast calls, designing inspection and accountability cadences, and eliminating inefficiencies across sales, CX, and marketing. You will design GTM processes and methodologies, including sales process changes, playbooks, and field assets; define rules of engagement such as swim lanes, territory assignments, deal splits, and handoffs; lead implementation and change management for GTM initiatives; partner with GTM Finance on planning and incentives; collaborate with GTM Engineering and GTM Ops to push product into new use cases; and build a high-performing, supportive team aligned with Clay’s culture.
