- ā¢ As Head of Investor Relations at Concentrix, you will serve as the primary strategic liaison between the company and the global investment community, articulating our value proposition and shaping market perception in a high-impact, individual contributor role.
- ā¢ You will lead the planning and execution of all investor relations activities, including managing analyst and investor outreach, preparing earnings calls and financial reports, monitoring market intelligence, integrating AI and BPO trends into corporate messaging, and organizing high-visibility events such as roadshows and shareholder meetings.
- ā¢ You will partner with Concentrixās executive team and marketing department to develop and deliver compelling, data-driven narratives that reflect the companyās performance, strategy, and positioning as a leader in digital transformation and customer experience solutions.
- ā¢ In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence executive decision-making, elevate the companyās profile in global capital markets, and grow as a visionary leader at the intersection of finance, technology, and storytelling within a fast-growing, innovation-driven enterprise.
šÆ Requirements
- ā¢ Minimum 3 yearsā experience as Head of Investor Relations
- ā¢ Experience in a global, publicly traded company at the F500 level
- ā¢ Bachelorās degree in finance, economics or related field required; MBA or CFA preferred
- ā¢ High proficiency in AI trends and their application within BPO, Tech Services or similar sectors
- ā¢ Proven ability to build and expand relationships with equity analysts and institutional investors
- ā¢ Experience leading earnings call preparation, financial reporting, and investor communications for C-suite executives
