- • As Head of Learning & Development at KissMyApps SAS, you will lead the creation of an AI-first learning ecosystem designed to transform how knowledge is built, delivered, and measured across a fast-growing tech company with 30+ AI-first products and over 100 million users. This role is pivotal in scaling the organization’s capabilities by replacing manual content creation with intelligent AI agents while positioning humans as knowledge architects and curators.
- • You will own the end-to-end development and launch of two core AI systems: AI-Tutor, a personalized learning companion integrated into Slack and KissMychat for every employee, and AI-Assistant, a powerful tool for the L&D team to generate content, manage the knowledge base, and derive analytics. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency by enabling faster, smarter, and more personalized learning at scale.
- • Day to day, you will finalize the project scope in collaboration with AI integrators and technical teams, write and prioritize user stories, manage the product backlog, and ensure quality delivery of learning platforms. You will define and track key metrics such as completion rate, learning score, and adoption rates to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
- • You will build and structure the company’s knowledge base, tagging content by role, grade, and competency, while establishing rigorous quality control processes for AI-generated content through review and publishing workflows. Additionally, you will design and maintain role-based learning paths to support employee development across critical functions.
- • You will develop or refine a competency model tied to job grades and roles, integrate learning scores into performance management cycles, and create a Readiness Dashboard (V2) to assess employee preparedness for promotions or role transitions, ensuring clear, data-backed development tracks.
- • You will monitor usage analytics to identify engagement patterns, knowledge gaps, and underperforming content, using data-driven insights to recommend improvements to business leaders and continuously optimize the learning ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development at a managerial or leadership level within a tech or IT environment
- • Proven experience implementing AI or digital tools in learning and development initiatives
- • Strong prompt engineering skills with daily use of AI for content generation and validation
- • Deep understanding of knowledge bases as foundational to AI-driven learning systems
- • Experience designing and working with competency models and learning paths
- • Ability to write technical specifications, manage projects, and communicate effectively with technical teams
- • Data-oriented mindset: fluency in metrics such as completion rate, quiz scores, and adoption rates
