- • As Head of Market Expansion at Legora, you will lead the strategic execution of entering new geographic and jurisdictional markets, directly enabling the company’s global scaling ambitions by turning market opportunities into repeatable, scalable launches.
- • You will partner cross-functionally with Growth, Finance, Legal, Product, Engineering, and People teams to ensure alignment, remove blockers, and drive timely execution — making you a critical force multiplier in Legora’s mission to redefine legal work through AI-native technology.
- • You will own end-to-end market expansion workstreams, from initial planning and prioritization through launch and early-scale phases, translating strategic goals into actionable plans with clear owners, milestones, risks, and success metrics.
- • Day to day, you will coordinate cross-functional readiness by ensuring legal, compliance, product, and go-to-market teams have the resources, documentation, and training needed to launch successfully in new markets.
- • You will build lightweight, practical playbooks and operating rhythms — such as launch checklists, readiness reviews, and post-launch retrospectives — that institutionalize learnings and make future expansions faster and more predictable.
- • You will proactively identify operational, regulatory, or technical blockers early and resolve them through hands-on problem-solving, often acting as the integrator between teams to keep momentum high without over-engineering processes.
- • You will create crisp, decision-ready updates for leadership and stakeholders — distilling complex, multi-threaded initiatives into clear next steps, risks, and recommendations that enable rapid, informed decision-making.
- • You will join a lean, high-impact Operations team where your T-shaped competence is valued: while market expansion is your primary focus, you will be expected to contribute broadly to how the company operates, gaining deep exposure to Legora’s end-to-end business model.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects in operations, business management, consulting, or fast-growing tech environments
- • Proven ability to drive clarity in ambiguous situations and move teams from discussion to execution without adding unnecessary bureaucracy
- • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing and aligning product, engineering, finance, legal, and go-to-market teams
- • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with a talent for synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable next steps
- • Practical, hands-on problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and a track record of improving how work gets done
- • Experience building lightweight processes, playbooks, or operating rhythms that increase team efficiency and repeatability
