- • As Head of Marketing at Taekus Inc, you will define and lead the marketing vision for a profitable fintech and travel startup building a premium banking and rewards ecosystem for affluent customers, shaping how the brand reflects its premium, design-forward experience in a high-growth stage focused on scaling core banking systems, rewards infrastructure, and partner integrations.
- • You will own and evolve product positioning and brand strategy across all customer touchpoints, develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives, lead integrated campaigns across digital, partnerships, and experiential channels, partner with product and design for cohesive storytelling, build customer acquisition and retention initiatives, establish and track key marketing metrics, develop strategic co-marketing partnerships, and build and scale the marketing organization as the company grows.
- • Taekus is a profitable fintech and travel startup with $70M+ in annual revenue and $3B+ in annual transaction volume, offering premium checking, credit, and debit accounts paired with an exclusive travel rewards ecosystem for an affluent, global customer base, redefining what it means to bank beautifully through excellence in experience and execution.
- • In this role, you will define the voice and brand of a next-generation financial platform, build marketing systems from zero to one alongside company growth, work at the intersection of fintech, luxury, and global travel, and thrive in a high-ownership role with direct impact on company strategy while collaborating closely with founders and cross-functional teams in product, design, partnerships, and growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years in marketing, brand strategy, or growth within consumer, luxury, or fintech environments
- • Experience leading marketing at a fintech, consumer brand, or premium/luxury product company
- • Strong understanding of product positioning, brand development, and multi-channel marketing strategy
- • Proven ability to craft and execute high-impact marketing campaigns
- • Experience building marketing functions that scale with high-growth companies
- • Deep appreciation for design, brand, and customer experience
