  • • Lyrebird Health is seeking an exceptional Head of Marketing to architect and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, establishing a powerful and authoritative presence in the healthcare technology market. This pivotal role is central to our go-to-market strategy, operating as a peer to Sales and Revenue Operations, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams, and partnering directly with the CEO and COO to shape Lyrebird's global brand narrative and market perception.
  • • This is a unique opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of Lyrebird's narrative, market positioning, demand generation, and overall growth. You will play a critical role in defining our category within the healthcare tech landscape while simultaneously building the foundational systems and processes necessary to significantly enhance pipeline creation, activation, and conversion efficiency at scale.
  • • As a senior leadership position, this role demands both strategic vision and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for marketing, building a high-performing marketing capability, and driving initiatives with speed and precision.

Currently, the full scope of Lyrebird's proposition is not always fully appreciated before a sales conversation commences. A robust marketing engine will enable clearer articulation of Lyrebird's target audience, build brand trust and awareness at scale, and ensure our narrative is consistently reinforced across different regions and over time.
  • • This Head of Marketing will be tasked with establishing the essential systems, core messaging, and operational cadence that foster belief in Lyrebird's capabilities even before initial contact. This will directly support stronger commercial outcomes and empower Lyrebird to proactively define its market category, rather than allowing external forces to shape it as we expand.
  • • Key responsibilities will include developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, content, events, PR), defining and refining Lyrebird's brand voice and messaging architecture, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • • You will lead the creation of compelling content that educates the market about the challenges clinicians face and how Lyrebird provides innovative solutions, including case studies, white papers, blog posts, webinars, and social media content.
  • • This role involves managing the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize impact, and identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
  • • You will oversee the development and optimization of Lyrebird's digital presence, including the company website, SEO strategy, and social media engagement, ensuring a consistent and professional brand image.
  • • Furthermore, you will be responsible for market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats, informing strategic marketing decisions.
  • • Building and mentoring a high-performing marketing team will be a critical aspect of this role as Lyrebird grows, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
  • • You will work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead generation goals, provide them with necessary marketing collateral and support, and implement strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
