  • • Head of Marketing at Supernal AI is a high-impact, hands-on role designed for a mid-career marketer ready to own growth campaigns end-to-end and scale into full marketing leadership. You will drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes by building, launching, and optimizing digital growth campaigns across paid and organic channels while shaping the company’s market narrative and GTM strategy.
  • • Day to day, you will plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across search, social, email, landing pages, retargeting, and partnerships; build campaign infrastructure including targeting, creative, copy, and conversion flows; run rapid A/B tests and iteration cycles to improve performance; develop and execute content strategy to position Supernal as a category-defining AI partner through LinkedIn, blogs, video, case studies, and thought leadership; promote executive leadership via narrative-driven content; support relationship-driven GTM by coordinating executive introductions, conference presence, and strategic follow-ups; own marketing budget allocation and performance reporting; define long-term GTM architecture with leadership; and hire and manage contractors or junior team members as growth demands.
  • • You will join a fast-moving, high-agency team at Infinity Constellation Technologies Inc. that values speed, rigor, and execution excellence. Supernal AI is building a category-defining AI partner for enterprises, and marketing plays a central role in shaping its market narrative, driving trust-based sales motion, and enabling scalable growth. The team operates with minimal bureaucracy, empowering marketers to move fast, test relentlessly, and compound learning quickly.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in performance marketing, conversion optimization, and B2B GTM strategy while gaining end-to-end ownership of marketing operations. You will build repeatable playbooks for acquisition, activation, and retention; sharpen your ability to translate product and customer insights into high-converting messaging; and grow into a leadership role shaping budget, team structure, and strategic priorities as the company scales.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–10 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
  • • Proven track record executing campaigns across multiple digital channels including paid acquisition (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), landing pages, conversion optimization, lifecycle and email marketing
  • • Strong skills in analytics and experimentation (funnel metrics, attribution, testing), relationship management, event marketing, and professional services marketing
  • • Excellent writing instincts for ads, landing pages, emails, positioning, and thought leadership content
  • • Comfort operating with ambiguity and minimal support; ability to build, test, iterate, and deliver results independently
