📋 Description

• As Head of Nordics at Lovable Labs Inc., you will serve as the entrepreneurial leader responsible for establishing and scaling Lovable’s presence across the Nordic region, acting as a 'mini-CEO' with full autonomy to drive market adoption of AI-native software creation tools in one of Europe’s most innovative tech landscapes.
• You will own the full P&L for the Nordic region, defining and executing a go-to-market strategy that accelerates revenue growth, secures enterprise partnerships, and positions Lovable as a foundational player in the regional AI and digital transformation ecosystem.
• Your day-to-day will involve leading enterprise sales engagements with Fortune 500 and public sector organizations, navigating complex procurement cycles to close high-value deals while building trust through technical fluency and strategic diplomacy.
• You will represent Lovable in key industry forums, policy discussions, and tech ecosystems across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland, shaping regional discourse on AI-driven software creation and influencing regulatory and innovation agendas.
• Through ecosystem advocacy, you will forge partnerships with accelerators, universities, and tech communities to expand Lovable’s developer and builder base, enabling grassroots adoption alongside top-down enterprise sales.
• You will establish a regional feedback loop, synthesizing insights from Nordic customers, partners, and market trends to directly inform Lovable’s global product roadmap, ensuring the platform evolves to meet local linguistic, compliance, and workflow needs.
• Your role demands high-velocity execution under ambiguity—designing and deploying unconventional acquisition strategies, such as developer-led virality, open-source initiatives, or niche vertical pilots, to bypass traditional sales funnels and achieve rapid market penetration.
• You will operate with extreme ownership, mirroring Lovable’s core values of low-ego collaboration and high-talent density, working closely with global product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to align regional initiatives with company-wide objectives.
• Success in this role means transforming Lovable from a global tool with Nordic users into a dominant regional platform that empowers solopreneurs, SMEs, and large enterprises alike to build software faster, cheaper, and more intuitively than ever before.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven founder or entrepreneurial experience with a track record of scaling ventures from zero to market traction, demonstrating resilience and the ability to build demand in untapped or emerging markets.
• Deep, established networks within the Nordic enterprise and technology sectors, including relationships with CTOs, procurement leaders, innovation officers, and key players in public and private tech ecosystems.
• Technical fluency in AI-native software development concepts, enabling credible engagement with product engineers and technology decision-makers on architecture, integration, and future trends.
• Demonstrated history of delivering outsized commercial results under tight deadlines and ambiguous conditions, with evidence of high-velocity execution in complex, fast-moving environments.
• Diplomatic and regulatory acumen, with experience navigating complex compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, sector-specific regulations) and structuring partnerships across cultural and organizational boundaries.
