- • As Head of Operations at Partyhat Inc., you will serve as a 'Command Center' Leader within the People & Culture department, overseeing the high-stakes front lines of Customer Support and Withdrawal teams to ensure 24/7 global operational excellence in the Web3 economy.
- • Day to day, you will lead and scale decentralized teams, design handover protocols across time zones, oversee transaction queues as the final escalation point for high-value withdrawals, optimize workflows in tools like Linear and Ashby, use performance analytics to drive staffing and process decisions, and partner with People & Culture to hire, train, and mentor operations specialists ahead of user growth.
